I'd like to delete my account with Calendar Club, what should I do?

Remember, your Calendar Club account is free to have and enables you to shop all of our available products on site. 

How do I delete my account

Please get in touch with our Customer Care team and confirm at least two pieces of the following information:

  • Your date of birth
  • Your billing address
  • Your registered email address

Once you have confirmed this information, we can proceed with deleting your account.

What happens if I’ve changed my mind?

Sadly, once you have erased your account with us we won’t be able to reverse it for you - however, you are able register again with the same email address!

I need a break – how do I unsubscribe from Calendar Club emails?

If you feel like you need a little Calendar Club, you could try unsubscribing from our emails.

You can do this in two ways:

Method 1

Click on the "Unsubscribe" link in one of our marketing emails.  

Method 2

Log into your Calendar Club account and choose 'Profile' from the list. This will open your profile, where you'll need to choose ‘No’ in the tick the ‘Accept Marketing from Calendar Club?’ section and click 'Save details'.

Please note, it can take up to 7 days for the change to take effect.

If you change your mind later, you can easily subscribe again by going back into your 'Profile' and opt back in.

Remember to click save details when you’re done!
